Daryn Lewis has over 13 years of experience in talent strategy and operations and has led organizational growth and transformation initiatives for STEM-centric businesses across the technology, energy, and management consulting industries. She began her career at high-growth energy solutions startup EnerNOC (now Enel X North America) and played an instrumental role in growing the company through IPO to a 1400-employee global organization with operations in ten countries. During this time, she drove change and business transformation initiatives in support of numerous acquisitions and commercialization of the company’s proprietary software solution. After launching talent development for Boston Consulting Group’s Center for Knowledge & Analytics, Daryn joined Ironwood Pharmaceuticals in 2017 and most recently worked on the design and launch of Cyclerion Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company harnessing the power of sGC pharmacology to discover, develop and commercialize breakthrough treatments for serious and orphan diseases, which spun off from Ironwood in 2019. At Cyclerion she leads the People Team and drives the company’s post-split cultural transformation and talent strategy in addition to overseeing all aspects of the human resources function.
